It's getting really cold now, today is only 8degree - weather in Aus is very diff from HK - here is cold and dry - very dry and your face and lips will crack gar... |

多謝你的資料啊 ~~ 原本sydney現在得8度 !! 我將於6月中出發, 會先去sydney, 再去Cairns玩水上活動, 最後去Brisbane(Gold Coast), 好像又凍又熱, 我都不知帶什麼衣服去呀? 早晚溫差是否很大的? 需要帶厚褸嗎? 在Cairns, 不知天氣好嗎? 同埋係澳洲有什麼是值得買的? Thank you !! la la ^^ |

June is quite cold, but usually indoor will have heaters, so it's good to wear jumper/woollen clothes with a big jacket outside so you can take it off when you're inside. Gold Coast is not as cold as Sydney, should bring some autumn jackets on top of your long sleeve clothes - it may be too cold to get into the beach at Gold Coast - I've been there during June/July before, the weather is warm but not "hot" like summer... (early 20-23 degrees with wind) I haven't been to Cairns, but Cairns is the northern most part of Aus and it's part of sub-tropical area - will be hot and ok to get into water sports. You don't have to bring a lot of clothes, one thick jacket will be enough. But bring more moisturisers - it's dry in Aus (15-20% humidity average) What to buy in Aus - I can tell you there's really not much to buy cos things are expensive and "gifts" are somewhat useless... I personally think this la cos I live in Aus and come back to hk once or twice a year =)... If you're thinking of what to get for your friends - maybe some honey, nougart candy, aleo vera or lamb oil lip balm - not expensive and small enough to carry... I usually will buy abalone or salmon and it's ok to store in a foam box to take back to hk... these are very fresh in aus. Otherwise you will hardly find anything "Made in Australia" to buy... =\ Anything else you can ask me lar.. happy to help Tingx2 |

I also go to Australia on mid of June for honeymoon, when will you start your journey? I join Wing on Travel and will flight on 17/06. |

你的資料真的好有用, 又詳細, 謝謝啊!! 在Cairns, 我可以帶短袖衫加短褲. 在Gold Coast, 長袖衫加風褸. 至於Sydney, 冷衫同厚d的褸. ok啦, hehe........我會記得帶勁保濕的cream !! 我可以預備少d錢, 只是買手信, 自己無嘢買~~ 在澳洲, 是否最好味是生豪, 蟹, 龍蝦等海鮮, 還有其他嗎? 鮑魚值不值得買回香港呀, 便宜嗎? Hi sunbear, Haha.......我都係6月17日出發呀 !!! 不過我係跟東瀛遊7天團, 我地可能會相遇, 一齊在cairns浮潛, 哈哈. 妳頭站是sydney, 還是尾站? la la ^0^ |

If your luggage is not big, you can just bring a woollen underwear and on top wear a turtle neck jumper, then on top with a jacket you can put on and off ~ that will be fine gar lar.. otherwise woollen jumper + thick jacket is too hot ^^ If i remember correctly, Abalone is about A$250 a kg, i haven't buy dry ones before, everytime i buy them is just frozen ones, usually 4 mid-size frozen abalone (around your palm open out)~ Oysters (about A$12-13 a dozen for standard good quality ones, about 6-7cm long), salmon sashimi (A$10 for ~10 thick piece), Lobster (diff price..) are very yummy and fresh! Eat more lar~ ^^ Another idea for gifts back to hk is go to night market on Surfers Paradise when you're at Gold Coast on Friday night, they have night market when the sky gets dark ~10pm, they sell local craft and usually made by the shop keeper, you can find nice craft and small things around A$5-$20. If you go to shops, you'll usually find thinds "Made in China"... -_-" Most shops take credit card (not street market) - Visa, Diners, AE, Master are all very common. Have a good trip! Anything else you can ask me lar - hopefully 17/6 will have good weather, currently it's really very heavy - 150mm today! |

6月在澳洲是雨季嗎? 希望到時不要下雨啊!! 你在澳洲是讀書, 還是已經移民? 我諗會係澳洲食好多龍蝦, 我同老公都好鍾意, 是我地去澳洲旅行的其中1個原因^0^ |
