拉斯維加斯stay behind? how many days in LV?I will prefer stay longer in LV, I guess the tour will only stay in there for 3 days or less, right?there have many interest place to go[ Very Happy

Flight from LV back from LA only 45 mins, as i remember not much expensive, remember dont take taxi, rent car much cheaper, also, if rent car drive back to LA only around 4.5 - 5 hours to go. If u are in LA want back to LV again, u can take the free casino trip[ Wink

], but u need to play a limited time in casino.
LA too big, if u have friend drive u go around to visit, then u can stay in LA, if not, better in LV, no need other ppls help, eat, play, more easy, can walk from this hotel to that hotel, those hotel inside very big, many things to play...[8D]

I went to US west coast in 2002.

In LV, you must go to Grand Canyon and if affordable, try the helicop tour. It is once in a lifetime experience. Remember, book the tour via internet as the internet rate is substanially lower than booking through hotel. I also see the show 'O' in Bellagio. Very great. You must book the seat at least one month or even one and a half month in advance. If you like 'long leg crab', try the buffet in Bellagio. If you dont like 'long leg crab', the buffet is nothing special. Buffet breakfast at Flamingo is quite relaxing. I also try the 'free fall game' at Stratoshphere, unforgettable experience. There is a shopping mall at the Strip with the theme of dessert, I cant remember the name but it is also very beautiful ah.

In LA, I suggest you to visit the Getty Center. It is very very beautiful. If you stay behind in LA, a day trip to Santa Barbara is highly recommended. Although the travelling time is very long, but Santa Barbara is very beautiful. Try the Jumba Juice in Santa Barbara. So far as I can remember, I took a very early morning train and arrived at Santa Barbara at around 11:00a.m. And then took the train at about 6:00p.m. back to LA.

I did not rent any car in LV. Bascially I walked or took taxi.

I did not went to Santiago. If you go to Santiago, why not go to San Fransico?

San Diego(聖地牙哥)...um..Amtrak ..as i will need 3hrs from LA, you can visit those zoo, sea world etc. I dont think much special, if you have long vacation then go to take a look. Really depend on how long you say in US, if need to take those long time for travel, really waste much time[ Wink

]

About the taxi in LV, as i remember very expensive but dont remember how much[:I], rent car is easy, it's very common[ Wink

]
