If you consider DIY or self-drive in Australia, try the following:

For hotel, there are lots of great deal if you book online, the ones that I used most are:

我去左東瀛遊book
因為我去14日，　我book左機票連六晚酒店package, 每人HK$7,899(坐澳航, 連埋內陸機票,連額外１晚酒店,機場tax，旅遊保險同埋Lumin Bus接送, 兩日埋單合共HK$26XXX.(Coz 我會係Carins book Apartment 5 晚，　故我只Book 6晚Hotel)
我去過咁多間Lee間最抵～

依家啲機票係唔係平咗？
燃油附加費又減埋，最衰我十月嗰時已經book 晒機票，因為國泰嗰時有啲優惠，又驚無機位。
我出年一月先出發，不過個agent 話燃油附加費減咗都唔關我事，因為我張機票已經出咗
