In Septeber, I had a wonderful trip with my gf in Europe. She bought many things during the trip. Last few weeks, we started to receive the tax refund on our credit cards. But now, we still haven't got the refund for the remaining shop, LV in Paris. So today I phoned to the Customers Service hotline. She said she can't find out my Global Refund Cheque ID in their system. Would anybody tell me what I should do in order to get the refund? Is that I can't get the refund because of the post failure of the refund documents? ![]() Thanks. Terry |

Let's put aside all the details or restrictions that will be looked closer in the next minute, the basic fact is you had the receipt, and you can provide evidence that you brought items for your own use and now back home. This is important. The system is looking these elements. Now then, subject to the regulation from the country you were in, it could be just.....filling in another copy of the tax refund form attached with the original receipt.......remember to photo copy whatever you sending out.......roughly the situation. Should I leave all the need-to-be-tax-refunded products in my hand luggage? Would the staff check all of it before giving the refund? I can't get teh tax refund only if I go shopping at shops without tax refund logo? |
